Our mission is to be a light on the hill for Barrowby and its surrounding villages. The Elders have organised and led the church on a voluntary basis since 2022 to help fulfil this, whilst the church also supports missionary work in eastern Europe. We now seek a Pastor to work with the leadership team in taking the Fellowship forward in the next exciting chapter of our development, witness and outreach. Your own leadership and organisational skills would be a blessing to us, but most important is your vision and heart for God. The salary is negotiable, subject to hours and manse requirement.

We are a church family who seek to follow Jesus as Lord in our personal lives and to serve Him in the power of the Holy Spirit here in Barrowby, Grantham, where God has placed us. We are looking to appoint a full-time or part-time pastor with a particular heart for youth work. We are looking to build on a solid foundation created by the previous two pastors since the church was formed over 30 years ago. Over the years we have seen God's blessing in conversions, baptisms and growth in the Christian life. We minister to the community by means of children’s and young people's groups, and to the elderly in the village - both of these ministries are wonderful opportunities for outreach. This is complemented by many other ministries that happen throughout the life of the church (for example house groups and prayer meetings). We are looking for a man or woman who has a clear calling from God.
